Our typically fee for 95% of transactions is £295, paid when you receive the formal offer from the lender
If your case is particularly complicated or may require a business plan produced by us, the fee will be higher to reflect the additional work that is undertaken. If this is the case, then after the FREE assessment you will be informed what this will be and it will be put in writing and it will also be fixed and with no hidden extras.

The majority of intermediaries charge a 1% to 1.95% broker fee which on a typcially finance deal of £250,000 would equate to a fee of £2,500 to £4,875. Compare this with our typcial fee of £295 which would save you £2,205 to £4,580.
How we are able to do this? We keep our costs low and believe that the income that the lenders pay us and the other brokers is sufficent for our income.
